At Botany Culture Co., we craft food‑forward herbal goods using responsibly grown botanicals from small domestic farms.

Our work is a blend of kitchen herbalism, traditional plant wisdom, and modern nutrition.

for people who want to be well-fed, not fixed.

a living, breathing practice of wellness

At Botany Culture Co., this work begins with plants and the everyday ways we live with them.

This is food‑forward, kitchen herbalism; herbal goods made to be used daily, not reserved for moments of urgency. Woven into kitchens, rituals, and ordinary moments that deserve your extraordinary attention. Steeped into mornings, shared at tables, and returned to again and again.

crafted with care + connection

Each product is thoughtfully crafted using a food‑first approach to herbalism, guided by traditional plant wisdom and grounded by modern science.

We prioritize ingredients that are vibrant, seasonal, and responsibly grown, working with domestic small farmers and growers whenever possible, and sourcing with great care when we cannot grow or harvest ourselves.

How a plant is cultivated matters to us. We believe care travels, from soil to seed and from hands to jar, shaping not only the quality of an ingredient, but how it ultimately nourishes and supports life.

Supporting small‑scale agriculture is how this work stays honest.

goods meant to be lived with

Our offerings are designed to feel both grounding and special.

They’re meant to be lived with, turning everyday nourishment into moments of presence and intention. Whether you’re steeping a cup of tea, finishing a meal with herbs, or building a simple daily ritual, our hope is that this work invites deeper connection: to plants, to place, and to your own wild wellbeing.

In a world that constantly pulls us away from natural rhythms, Botany Culture Co. exists to bring us back.

Back to plants.
Back to the land.
Back to nourishment as a daily practice.

from our maker

Hi, I'm so glad you're here.

My name is Sass and my herbal path began at Bastyr University in 2010 and unfolded, as so much meaningful work does, in the spaces between the garden and the kitchen. With a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, I learned the deep science of wellness and then discovered its deeper truth: that wellness is shaped through lived experience.

It grows in good food. In attunement to seasonal rhythms. In daily ritual, community, and active relationship with the natural world.

In 2012, I opened my first botanical bakery in Seattle, weaving herbs and edible flowers into sweet, intentional creations. What began as play in beauty, nourishment, and joy became a lifelong devotion.

Over the years, my work in herbalism, nutrition, and regenerative agriculture has evolved into a practice rooted in reverence for plants, trust in the body’s innate wisdom, and deep respect for the people who steward the land that feeds us all.

Botany Culture Co. is the living expression of that path, a love letter to plants, place, and the art of living wildly well.
