Refund policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item is defective or an error was made on our part. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@botanyculture.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

For packages lost or damaged in transit, please note that USPS Priority Mail includes $50 of insurance coverage. You can file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims using your tracking number. You'll need photos of both the damaged item and the shipping label.
