Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage — economical, typically 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail — typically 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express — typically 1–2 business days (fastest available)
Free Shipping Free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is available on all US orders over $75.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages Once your order is transferred to USPS, Botany Culture Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. USPS Priority Mail includes $50 of insurance coverage. To file a claim, visit usps.com/help/claims with your tracking number and photos of any damage.
If you believe your order was lost or arrived damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us at hello@botanyculture.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date.
